Anthony PoV

Anthony rode his bike to Andy's house as they were only 14 and couldn't drive. He pulled up and parked his bike as parrots flew around his stomach.

He got to the door and paused.

Moment of truth.

He took a deep breath...

Riiiiiing!

"I'll get it!," she heard Andy yelling. At least he wouldn't have to confront her parents yet.

"Hey Andy," Anthony said awkwardly with a flush rising to his cheeks can.

"Hi," Andy replied equally flustered. They stared at each other for an awkward moment before they heard footsteps down the stairs.

"We better go before my dad gets here," Andy said laughingly. Andy ran to get her bike from the garage as Anthony walked to the driveway to get his own bike from where it was parked.

Andy emerged from the back of the garage wheeling a black bike. At least it was black at first glance. If you looked close enough, peeling black paint gave way to a hot pink coat.

"It was a hand-me-down," she explained. "Lets go," she said quickly. Anthony mumbled a quick ok then mounted his bike and peddled away.

I didn't watch the movie. No, instead, I watched Andrea. Her eyes were the color of melted dark chocolate, and they were filled with emotion. Her hair was brushed casually across her shoulder and her hands, covered in bracelets tapped in time with her ratty converse high tops.

She was stunning when she smiled. Her whole face lit up as though someone turned a light on.

I smiled shakily. 

I slowly reached my hand towards hers. As our fingers brushed, I saw her smile that glowing smile of hers.

We gripped each others' hands and didn't let go until we were on our bikes riding home.

/// I feel soooo bad! I have not updated in like a month!  I had A LOT of basketball, but now that that's over my only excuse is being lazy.

Also, I'm sorry if this is really crappy. I did this on my phone, so there will be even more spelling errors than usual.

Once again, I'm sooo sorry. I will update again in the next two days (something that's a bit better than this) but still, I am extremely sorry for the wait.
