Bliss

Life has been a bliss. Ever since my friends (aka the group of idiots) set up that date even reading class is less of a hell as usual.

I'd become a bit more popular as I was dating the caption of the soccer team. But, you can only get so far in the tree of popularity when you choose to wear basketball shorts and Nike shirts instead of practically nothing.

Although, it wasn't the popularity that mattered ( never was and never will be) but the felling of flustered happiness that took over my senses when I was around Anthony.

The bell rang and I bolted out of history. We were learning about the American revolution and the teacher kept threatening me with detention every time I laughed.

Hey! It wasn't my fault! I made the terrible (amazing) decision to sit between Annie and Megan and they kept muttering things I like "I'll see you on the other side of the war" and "Lauren's I like you a lot." I can not deal with those two.

I rushed to lunch and sat down with my usual table: Annie, Megan, Piper, Hope, Hunter, and Gina, and of course Anthony. He began sitting with us at lunch, and, after he got over his concern over our sanity, he started to enjoy himself.

I picked up my lunch tray and dumped my garbage and walked out hand-in-hand with Anthony.

"This Friday...," he began tentatively "is your birthday. Would you like to go to La Barra with me?"

"Isn't that that fancy pizza restaurant that just opened?" He nodded his reply. "I'm surprised you got a reservation!"

He laughed. "I know how much you like pizza!"

I smiled up at him, his dark eyes glittering with humor.

I've never fallen in love before, and, although I hate to admit it, I think I might be.

I kind of liked it.

/// Oh my gosh! This is so crappy! It basically just a filler chapter, but I said I would update and I did!

Oh well. All I can say is that I'll try to add an update that actually has some sort of meaning to it soon.
